Custom orders are created in collaboration with you. Once details like colors, materials, and design specifics are confirmed, production begins.

Final pricing depends on the materials used, time required, and design specifics of your custom request. You’ll receive the final price for approval before payment and production.

Payment is required after final pricing is approved and before production begins.
How long do custom orders take?
Turnaround time varies based on complexity and current workload. Estimated timelines will be shared before production starts.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Who covers shipping for custom orders?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.
What if my custom order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I'll work with you to make it right.
Can I make changes after placing a custom order?
Small changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be available.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during busy periods or for custom orders.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed?
Once an order has shipped, we’re not responsible for carrier delays. That said, we’re always happy to help if you need assistance tracking your package.
What if my order is marked delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
Please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and I'll do my best to assist.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. No restocking fees.
Are all items eligible for return?
Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.
